Our technical support staff is committed to answering your calls, faxes and emails promptly. As filing deadlines approach we will work hard to ensure that your submission(s) can be made accurately and on time. We encourage you to contact us with any problem you've been struggling with for more than 10 minutes (especially toward the end of the season), we'll do our very best to help you.
While we strive to answer each call immediately, we cannot guarantee that you will speak to one of our staff right away. If you get our voice-mail, please leave a message detailing your question and including your contact information; we will call you back as soon as we possibly can.
Online resources are also available to give you answers to the most common issues. Downloads of the most recent program releases (and prior year's versions) and documentation are available as well.

All versions of T4 TimeSaver include free, unlimited technical support with your user license. If you have a problem expert help is only an email or phone call away.
